HiLL’s Start is operated by Hilary Jones, and is an independent driving school operating in the Bury St Edmunds and surrounding area.
I am a Female Instructor and I offer a patient, reliable and friendly service to anyone wanting to learn how to drive or develop their driving skills. I pride myself on creating a relaxed and stress free environment, so that you can get the most from your training whilst enjoying every moment!
Safe Driving is a skill for life! That's why I teach you the principles from the very first lesson right through to your practical test and any post test training you may decide to take. You will be trained at your own pace and not be rushed into any difficult situations until you are well prepared. All the training you receive will be structured and tailored to suit your needs, whilst always looking to develop your driving skills to make you a safe and competent driver on the road.
I am fully qualified Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) by the Driving Standards Agency and I undergo Continual Professional Development (CPD) to keep up to date with all the latest teaching techniques and information regarding road safety.
I offer one or two hour lessons. I recommend that where possible you take a minimum of two hours training each week, as this increases the rate of learning and your confidence grows faster! Also you will be prepared for your practical test a lot quicker too!

£23-00 per hour.
